・ Discord Server at discord.gg/Elixamodz
・ To get help, join the Discord server, then visit the #create a ticket channel and open a ticket
・ Elixamodz will only provide you support if you provide your Order ID to verify your purchase.
・ Elixamodz is not responsible for anything you might or will do with these softwares and is not responsible for any punishments you will receive due to your own doing.
・ Elixamodz does not guarantee that you will not get banned for using some of these softwares. If you’re smart, you won’t.
・ Elixamodz does not allow customers to chargeback under any circumstances, if you do, there will be legal consequences.
・ Elixamodz does not allow customers to share their subscription, any attempt to bypass our HWID lock system will result in a subscription ban.
Other
・ I as a customer am purchasing a virtual/digital item. I understand that this virtual/digital item cannot be returned.
・ I as a customer will not send any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase, transaction, dispute, claim or related action.
・ If I as a customer have any concerns, I will contact the merchant (Elixamodz) and allow a reasonable amount of time for the merchant to address my concerns before leaving a negative review or taking any other action.
